Even the tencent CEO feels they over valued

they are in fact ridiculuousy overpriced, when i looked at them a while ago thought they would come down to the 860.00-880.00 range to be considered a serious medium term "buy"

made good $ on a few scalp trades in the past but yes..at the moment not interested...current CFD exposure is very high/need to reduce some positions before even considering taking out any additional contracts

if wasn't so exposed on current contracts..would be looking at NPN long today, alas need to keep my margin account "wide" in case of any buy backs.

Why do you think its reached the bottom?

price action and bid volume...although things could turn on a dime in this market

I find trading like body surfing, catch the right one and you will make it all the way to the beach.

A, had a better look at IPL's historic PA again and decided I'll rather ride this one out; going to be difficult to catch it right.

Thanks BBW - also looked at the longterm PA last night, and I agree that riding it out would be a better bet. My synopsis (not anything to be relied upon mind you) is that today IPL will hit a low and will then rise over the next week to above the high of 2 weeks ago.

Just note that the reason for bounce in ABL today has nothing to do with price action yesterday. The share started trading ex rights yesterday hence the drop from 1800 to 1343 the theoretical ex rights price based on Friday last week's closing price. The real reason for bounce today is that a number of the hedge funds in America are short the nil paid letters (ABLN)and they can't source scrip so they are forced to cover. Think this one will squeeze for anther day or two.

Thanks Zero, I hadn't been following ABL closely and had no idea.. Your comments are very helpful, as always.

Cheers

Do not try and bend the market. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. Then you'll see, that it is not the market that bends, it is only yourself.

that's one sweet trade...well done gamma!

Thanks. Second time this year Abil's made me good money. After every big fall it usually bounces.

Opened at 1316. Gut feeling is that it will come back and take out my stop at 1380 but hey, lets see where it goes.

I've been long on IPL for a couple of days now and feeling the heat.

@ BBW = Would you suggest a "get ot now and re-enter later" move based on your above comment?

A, had a better look at IPL's historic PA again and decided I'll rather ride this one out; going to be difficult to catch it right.
