They say the divi is priced into the SSF price, when exactly is it priced in - when declared or LDR? Surely these are obvious shorts if not priced in at LDR.

Vodacom longs beware...if Monday is a red day, this one can drop to R100 very quickly  !!!

I'm keeping a close eye on the retail sector been reading that quite a few fund managers have been calling not so much a bottom rather a footing so to speak for some counters.

 

Noticed on the CML thread that they CML are in fact taking large positions in retail. Foord asset management took a holding in Spar month or so back.

 

So while I don't necessarily agree with their views they have much deeper pockets than me, not so sure about you

my RDF short is finally in profit. Should have rather went short on GRT.

Looking to go long GRT at 2460ish

closed RDF short 

opened GRT long at 2410c    

I am loving the volatility in the property shares at the moment  + the relatively high gearing
