tough call on APN..especially if playing the numbers(big exposure) really tempted to go in 42000 with tight stop 41500 in case results come out not up to market expectation
difficult decision but then again when is it easy

Am I being greedy to await APN at R416 - 418 level??

yes, indeed(trigger happy)
but i'm fine closing out this position..difficult trade being squeezed in that tight range. keeping fingers crossed that you hit your tp.
i'll probably start buying VOD a little lower down for the run up 140+(hopefully)
agreed! i got in at such an awkward value.

funny you said that Crowe..i agree - closing 13650
maybe you were a little trigger happy.....
but i am still on edge! i went short at 13500 would like to close around 13450 just to cover costs, but think that 13550 is more realistic.

Hey Delta,
whats your view on VOD? i'm feeling a bit on edge sitting with this short.
Posted 26 February 2015 - 10:02 AM
i'm adopting a staggered strategy in this trade should price sell down. its certainly not what i'm hoping for but safer to make contingency. very difficult seeing a clear trade path and to some extent perhaps a little preemptive on my part considering results are still being mulled by market participants. (168-171)has to hold/stabilize..wed will be telling.
shp not working out...

Long ELI 117c. Target 130ish (timeframe 2 days)
Posted 25 February 2015 - 04:38 PM
hello Ratel..no, my target remains 12000-12050 however there could be upside potential over and above if your view is a longer term hold. keep positions smaller and rather increase diversity(not to much-it becomes a full time logistical juggle
) across a range of counters to offset any sudden pullback brought on either by a global or domestic pullback.
thanks for the reply

hi Delta,
am on the other side of your WHL trade. After the run up from Jan 5th expecting some retracement. On Fib am looking at 89.50 - 86.94 - 84.50 - 81.50 and 73.52 @ 100%. Will adjust and exit as market moves.
thanks for post you may well be correct in your analogy of their recent run followed by retracement/consolidation. have built in contingency to add around 8900-8950 thereafter stops will be in place.
