Nice trading update from SCL

 

"basic earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 August 2013 to be between 2.51 cents and 3.01 cents per share compared to a reported basic loss per share and headline loss per share of 1.64 cents and 2.63 cents respectively for the six months ended 31 August 2012."

Horrific! I have a big holding in BSI, so the pain is excruciating

I feel your pain, I'm in at 66 cents, but not panicking, sales director for SA is out (on their website ) and their head of bulk sales has sold off some stock, (Shake up underway?) I see that their non executive director, one Mr Payne (appropriate name methinks) has bought about 2.5 bar worth of stock, he is the chair of audit committee so that would surely bode well for this one going forward.

Results were brilliant and you would have expected some higher price action

This one is a mystery - I have taken a big hiding on this one

Went long on KEH today. Got in @2.41. Good prospect with their results today

No don't sell be patient, Litha going through a consolidations phase after the acquisitions, they just have to sell a couple of those Da Vinci Machines!

Still have holding, just lowered it a bit as 20% of my portfolio was tied up it which is bit excessive.. lowered it to 10% and bought some more Attaq

Macphail acquisition been approved by competition commission for WSL

Christo Wiese has bought a shitload of shares in Pallinghurst (PGL).  I've been looking at this share

for years.  A lot of big names behind this and nothing's happened. Yet.  Is this the signal?

 

Always promised much but hasn't delivered yet. I think it is still trading at a big discount to it's stated NAV.
