I think a lot of people is scared of taking longs now and maybe the big boys is starting to build bigger short positions.

 

With all their big computers.......

 

I am still on the one like R2-D2 is using.

well another thing I noticed is:

 

Whenever we make a new high, price will drop by at least 40points on next candle

Wonder if caused by automated trading : Take profits off the table when new high reached as long as price is above 13ema??

Today however the diff was about 50 for an 40 return. The ema was 46307 and the price went to 46409 but i went short at 46378. Was not so fast.

I am looking at a few things regarding the ema3 against the ema 34. The following happened.

 

On 19/06/2014 at 12:10 the ema3 was 46208 and ema34 46091. The diff 117 pips

 

On 19/06/2014 at  16:05 the ema3 was 46345 and ema34 46247, The diff 98

 

Will backdate the weekend and go back more. What i am looking at is that when the ema 3 is more than 100 pips above the ema 34 the prop is high for correction of about 50 points.

 

Will look into it over the weekend. It looks like high prop scalps for out of system shorts and long correction to the 34 ema.

This will not happen often and is normally when the cci returns from high to near the 0 setting up for another long or short depending on which side the market is.

Closed my spec short for little profit. Will rather wait for correct signal on short. Don't trust the longs now, but also don't want to go long now.

looks so, a lot of time when we near the ema34 the pound also strengthen. Like you said previously, fx markets can manipulate equity markets

so is this a short or juts a retrace for more longs??
