10% dilution gives share price about R24.30 .

So hopefully should trade at about R4.30

We are sad people. Saturday night and all we have is share position opinions to discuss. Glad for the company though! Anyone for a glass of Roodeberg?

There will obviously be a dilutionary affect on the COH share itself, so that it may close at 2450/2500ish on June 2.

Now anyone venture a ball park price for the NPL's on June 2nd. and how did you arrive at the price ?

What do you estimate the Curro rights offer nil paid letters will trade at ?

1 for 10 at 2000 cps

Current price ± 2700

They start trading on June 2nd.

the very long term...perhaps. Stock way too expensive for me though.

Agree with you 100% ZH. If you werent into this one at R9 I think you missed the boat. Education is going to become even more hotly competed for in the future and could lead to over supply and margin contraction. There are only so many kids whose parents can afford these schools. Right now in SA, over 40% of people who use credit are in arrears by  3 or more payments so I am not sure how schools are being or are going to be impacted.

Just love annuity income based businesses like this one but at the moment like you say, this one is just too expensive.

Will give it a closer look if and when we have a siginificant overall market correction.
