From today's SENS - never seen anything like this before

Saw the sens and thought WTF! Imagine what they'll dish out when he retires.. Performance related awards sure, is this a red flag re board's ethic's & judgement?

The purchase follows the gift of Trustco shares to all directors and employees employed by
Trustco with one year of service as at 16 April 2015 (?Award Effective Date?) to the value of
fifty thousand Namibian Dollars. The gift was awarded to celebrate the 50th birthday of Trustco?s
founder and managing director, Dr Quinton van Rooyen.

A very solid operational update from this company.  Hopefully the seller gets taken out.

Pullback might be because of div. Share went ex-div today, I think.<br />I think resource business might be good after all. Diversification of some kind. And better to go in now, isn't it? Because prices MUST and will recover.

Div is only 4c per share which is minimal.

Same boat - have this in my S/T and L/T portfolio and got greedy for the S/T one - should have sold!

Also trying to decide whether to add now to L/T...

Still trying to make sense of the Huso acquisition. Do you think the pullback is as a result of this? I am sure quite a few shareholders are not too excited about getting into resources right now, so maybe switching?  The slide seems to concide with the finalisation of this (15th July). I am not aware of any other factors...

Damn, why this drawdown from 505c to 390c? So sadly time to take some more into the portfolio, I was stupid not to feed the quackers at 500c

And now we know why the clever money was buying. This stock has all the makings of a PSG. Cheap at current levels, with a big kicker as TrustcoBank starts operations.

Rumour that they are trying to place 5m treasury shares. This will be used for growth. Stock looking cheap at these levels. The CFO Ryan McDougal bought shares at 358c And he is very astute. Results out in two months

A decent solid result from TRUSTCO this morning on SENS.  Growth in all areas of the business.  This stock is due for a rerating

Its at 210c this morning...been following since 98c, would have made a great profit if i got in then....how much more do you think it can still go in the short term? Or has it done its run for now?
