Hopefully these words turns into rands for the shareholders.

That would be amazing. Everything looks positive and hopefully with less debt on the books it will even look better.

1.3Billion shares to trade through at 4c.... it is going to take a while to get there. Will need a very positive SENS or a big contract prior to August.

It would be a positive sign if we could break into 5c before the results are released in August

So it will take +/- R100,000,000 (give or take a million or ten both ways) to get rid  of 4 to 6 cent offers for sale (without for sale volume increasing from here). That is a lot of moola...

Are we waiting for figures in August and are everyone still optimistic on the way forward?

Looking at news from McConnell Dowell, one of the subsidaries in Australia for the last 3 weeks

All good news.... most of them of join ventures, but with large sums attached to them.

Some decent volume trading today. 91million, so far is it almost thrice the daily average of the last 10 days. ( also a nice trade of 19 million @ 13h38 ). Hoping it is a start into the 5c and beyond region, with all the rights offers behind us for now.

Although fairly certain we'll probably only start seeing that after the August results.

Yeah, hoping for some stonking $$ results in August to light this fire cracker...

How much were traded? Do you know? It might just be retail investors that don't know any better. Luckily with my dumbfoolery the previous round I managed to double my holdings. Could just be someone like me that didn't quite get the whole rights offer process

It seems to have settled at 2 cents 32 million traded so far. Just the one transaction for 9 m at 3 cents.

The rights offer NPL's (AEGN) started trading this morning. First purchase was at 3 cents, If you still have to out lay the 1,5 c rights issue price this makes total price 4,5 cents.. Does not make sense when there are 1,1 billion available at 4 cents??

With 240 million shares traded yesterday... any idea how much is still on offer at 4c? Also where can I see this that I don't have bug you the whole time :)

I see the figures on my Nedbank trading platform. There are still 1,1 billion for sale at 4 cents.

Clearly the rights on offer is a hot commodity. Just not sure if it is about the quick buy and dump or accumulation thereof

I was looking for that last night, but obviously I was looking at my eyelids when I was on the site. Thanks.

Also, looking at the charts and the usual indicators, it seems that there is generally a positive market sentiment to this share. Even though RSI recently dipped into oversold territory and the MACD crossed the baseline to bearish momentum, the price stayed in the 3-4c range, where previously it traded at 2-3c.

The 3c is now the support level.

Just waiting on good results to propel us to higher support levels

You weren't far off with your 8.5 for every 100! Good job!

Question however is, will it be worth it? Doing the quick math, I might actually have a higher average after.

Haha...my guess was 1 share for every  8.65 held which is almost the 11,47 for every 100 held.

It should still be worth taking up the rights at 1,5 cents. They should trading at at least 3c after the rights issue -a 100% profit is possible even if liquidated immediately.

It will be interesting to see what the NPL´s trade for but if they are available at 1 cent they should also be a good buy.
