Its costing Steinhoff R50 billion with all the lawyers consultants litigants ridiculously high salaries to fix misstatements of Euro1.7 billion and you guys rate Louis as the best thing to arrive in Stellenbosch

Zanme is you look around everyone is trying to make money out of Steinhoff. At first hand good example is the  TT old boys they actions is costing over Eur100 mil in interest to SNH.

 

So what you say LdP should just simply give in to them???

 

Try to find space and think all this was caused by a few people which up to now the Hawks have came up with zero findings not even approaching a court only the Germans after many years of investigation dare take it on.

 

Further the total claims were in the region of Eur12 Bil which it would be now settled if it was not for the few die hards!! Sometime you need to give LdP credit for the success achieved so far!!!

 

I am very sure you or any other person would have not been able to do better!!! Chill out maybe try to join the next Hermanus Sunday braai and ask the TT old boys to drop the case so we can get things finalized.

Nothing changed but the SARB news made the Algo's run the price up!!! SNH is the greatest ATM I found!!! Hahaha. Offloaded some of my trucks now on standby for the next short attack from the Algo's

So basically all that's left is the current court case by the TT boys and once that's wrapped up our patience can finally be rewarded?

 

I feel like there should be an extra compensation for those who have believe in Steinhoff through all the ups and downs xD

The FINSURV approval satisfies one of the remaining conditions to implementation of the

global litigation settlement. The final material requirement is the approval of the High Court in
South Africa to the SIHPL section 155 proposal
