So basically the only way we get through this crap is TT old boys case... SNH need to crush then. They don't deserve anything for the pain they causing current shareholders.

Its called German gamblers and SA followers.

I have been saying over and over dont underestimate Algorithm trading. The computers latch on volitile share news. They scan the markets all the time. The Algos have settings that scan the news. The sad part is once Algos start working they create losses for ordenariry traders. We need to understand the stock market is rigged. As a day trader I trade in the 1 hour chart anythjng less the Algos going to kill you. Yet the authorities are happy with rigged markets it makes them more money. In a way this financial world is sick!

I also agree on this one.
If you get exposed to this share in 7 digits numbers (of shares) and have an average acquisition price built on the deep we have enjoyed 12 months ago (down to up to 0.035€ as a reminder) you just stay put, enjoy some nice discussions on this forum, have a glass of decent wine / am not a beer drinker, even green / and wait
5 years horizon is probably €2 or horizon 12 months is maybe 0. It is what it is but the outcome is worth the adrenaline of the rollercoaster
I am there to stay and I am wrong, then I’lol be drinking less fancy wine.
Good evening and weekend to all and relax!

If you dont drink green beer then you going to have a heavy ride. Stellenbosch wine gives a bad after taste. Haha

Well its either going to 0 or you will make 50 times your money over 5 years, I am also really balls deep here and it will hurt me if it 0's but I believe the underlying assets can more than cover the debt burden - the intrinsic value is there.

So if a company that can pay preference shares is going to be liquidated then fok me george.

It is a bit of a shock that I also was up over 120% and now back to like 20% but i guess traders will love this share for now.

How ever its also my view that the TT old boys are exploiting this but they going to get seriously burnt.

It will at the end be their lawyersthat will make lots of money.

If we go by the fact they sold their business for shares without proper due deligence in a race course appears to me they not that bright business people.

Its impossible for a person with a claim of Eur 100 mil to get preference above other that had Eur12 bil.

No I believe there is much more at stake. Its a principle so you can open a company in Bahamas and then rip people off in SA and no kne can touch you. The SNH case will set future precedence.

Thats what I think.

it's hard pill to swollow when u been holding for so long....and you get the carpet pulled from under you...damn can't take losses again

Remember you only generate losses if you sell. I cannot guarantee the end result but my target in a few years is Eur 1.5 to 2. The dividends will be more than the share price at present. This is why I am invested in SNH. Why should I sell share on a great company because of a Eur100 mil claim?
