Judge Slinger now teaching the Dutch their own law!! Time for lots of green beer!!!

I think that Judge Slinger motivation for the ruling has caused lots of issues to the GS and now SNH lawyers are studying the best way forward.

I don't like this silence!!! Usually SNH put out a SENS soon after the rulings and other legal results but now nothing!!

I am back at selling 50% of my holding until proper answers!!!

Another question would be can the Dutch court turn there backs on the settlement now that there is no finality in SA?
