Can you imagine the fuc$ show if it’s not approved. Is this now approval on both SA and Netherlands side ?

all 3 levels of creditors have already approved the proposal 100%. It just needs to be sanctioned by the courts. Tomorrow in the Netherlands and the 30th in SA

The way I see it on the 30th Sep the GS should be aproved by the courts. For me I see this very important it will allow clean financials.

So presumably sens...share doesnt feel like it wants to hold up unless theres some sens positive comes out..

there is a lot of day traders around because the share is very liquid. After yesterday 10% there will be profit taking. If you are long enough in the share you will see the trends. Hold and we will see joy behond this short term trades

For me I see no delay. The court is simply confirming the voting and to ensure it was done correctly.

TT old boys opted not to be part of the settlement and are just o.5% of the creditor.

Fast reading the pdf (looks like it was translated from German) you have attached I get the impression the Germans have another set of dates for when they think the GS will go through and that the TT saga will drag on for a long time, much longer than we anticipate. Is this deduction correct?

If this is put aside then the recovery view has good bullish form with Intermediate degree 3rd wave extensions and currently negotiating a Primary degree 3rd wave transition to extension.

Thank could in one shot almost halve our debt pile

I think on the 30th Sep the GS will be confirmed then the auditors can remove the comments and SNH will have clean financials!

For me is somethjng to look forward. MF book value at present is Eur 78 mil as oer latest Financials so I see a very high jump in equity.
