So voting tomorrow in the Netherlands, what do we know already....all creditors have agreed to the settlement and supporting it.

Voting is SA on the 6th all the big players are happy and SNh should get 80% that they need to go ahead with settlement. Including Hamilton. This is published.

so if the voting is in favor of SNh then all of this will go away?

The way I understand it according to TT SNH is insolved due to all the claims so if they go away then TT has no case because SNH can pay the bills when they arise.

Die verhoor oor die aansoek vir die voorlopige likwidasie van Steinhoff word nou luidens ’n hofbevel wat in Augustus verkry, is vir 9, 15 en 20 September opsygesit.

As die ingryping van die administrateurs geweier word, word die aansoek op 9, 14 en 15 September aangehoor.

ok I think I read it and understand better. So SNH have been included in the Swix index therefore maybe institutions can start looking at the company?
