As far as I remember the liquidation hearing would have been heard by Judge Saldanha on the 3rd.  Is this not maybe another civil case between the two parties?

yep, very strange. I have written to Steinhoff's IR and waiting for a response. Cancellation or adjournment of the hearing would be material information.
