Exchange rate EUR - ZAR... Stock Exchange in Germany is the primary one

Point taken but then Naspers , Proses and all other rand hedges would have had good day. But the were all down?

So I'm baffled please explain a 3% gain today and the JSE is 2,5% down....? Is this the signs of confidence in the market?

Hard to say unless there is some rumors running. On the funny side maybe investor go for SNH as  safe haven in falling markets!!

I think we could be seeing a slow rise from now because voting is in a few days and quite sure the GS will be approved. I and sitting on my hands fishing!!!

If I look at the weak markets for the last few days....looks like people are taking a punt on SNH. Low volumes but seems like confidence is returning slowly
