I would tend to disagree...Snh must just continue with business at hand...lawyers have made enough money out of this now...let's get on with growing the business after the settlementI tend to agree with you. After the settlement SNH is going to sue lots of people watch the spot!!!

Ok great news. Thanks Squideye.
Once the settlement has been concluded, I've got a feeling that the report may become public knowledge either intentionally or "accidentally"

Thibault Square is CW with which SNH alreay has an 'agreement', so this could just be a matter of judicial 'ratification' of the arrangement or winding up of previous actions brought by CW.
Sense it is just another step in theright direction!
Thanks makes sense preparation for the voting!!!

A fair summary of events. Based on a few forums and articles I have recently read, the narrative around the share seems to be improving slightly.
Fingers crossed that it all pans out.

How do you get to the rand value after your calculations in euro
The RoE is the rate of exchange so 0.34 x 17.32 = R 5.85

Settlement -€1,420
Interest payable 2021 -€2,700
IPO Cash €1,200
Cash (from latest balance sheet) €1,968
CW Loan €200
PEPCO €5,646
Pepkor €3,051
Greenlit Brands €1,000

To note PEPCO value should be 40% more by the time the interest is due in 2023.
