I tend to agree with you. After the settlement SNH is going to sue lots of people watch the spot!!!

I would tend to disagree...Snh must just continue with business at hand...lawyers have made enough money out of this now...let's get on with growing the business after the settlement

What is this for? I thought the PIC were supportive of the settlement?

Hi

That case relates to the PIC's application for the PwC Report. It is not directly part of the settlement.

 

The following was disclosed on page 201 of the 2020 Annual Report:

"Application brought by the PIC against Steinhoff N.V. on 6 December 2019 for access to a copy of the PwC Report.

Exchange of pleadings ongoing. Damages are not sought in this matter and accordingly there can be no economic outflow arising from these proceedings"

Thibault Square is CW with which SNH alreay has an 'agreement', so this could just be a matter of judicial 'ratification' of the arrangement or winding up of previous actions brought by CW.

 

Sense it is just another step in theright direction!
