See LdP and his team have been in heavy clever negotiations that has seen them systematically removing obstacles to conclude the settlement.

 

From what they have achieved and carefully reading through second SENS release, it is clear we are still on track with the dates previously indicated.

 

Believe we will start seeing a firming of the price and possibly a few new entrants now starting to accumulate on this news which is the most possitive we have had for a while!

I thinks is just re-balancing after the fast rise (also short covering maybe) but I am quite sure we will close on or above the Eur 0.12 today

Haha not quite most of that I sold was bought below the R1.00. Hoping to go past the Eur 0.12 today!!!

So after years of following & contributing here - you missed out on the jump as you sold 50% due to cold feet? I feel sorry for you, but also a prime example why day trading is a losers game in the end..

 

I certainly hope we've left the 10 cent station for good now. Then again, this is Steinhoff so we're probably in for a few more twists & turns haha.

Separately, SIHPL has concluded to amend the SIHPL Section 155 Proposal to provide that

Trevo will be treated as a Non-Qualifying Claimant, instead of as a SIHPL Market Purchase

Claimant as previously proposed. Steinhoff believes that this approach removes Trevo’s legal

standing in the Section 155 proposal, and provides a basis for the discontinuance of Trevo’s

further participation in the class composition application that has been brought in the Cape

Town High Court, the hearing of which is currently adjourned to 13 August 2021.
