These guys in the ARIVA are really heavy green beers drinkers!! Can't imagine on the post below someone they guy is trying to workout the Corporate debt is not of SIHNV and belongs to Newco1. What he fails to identify bond holders have the rights to the underlying assets does not matter the name of intermediate companies and they will go and take the assets and SIHNV has nothing!!!

Now it's finally over, the Global Settlement with Settlement Effective Date 02/15/2022!

Don't be surprised by the course, but the whole number was already priced in, at the latest after TTC and Trevo had been immobilized, lateral shots of biblical proportions were no longer to be expected.

I wrote something yesterday on May 15, 2022:

It's called the Bar Date and gives the last stragglers from the MPC industry the opportunity to register financial, non-legal claims, nothing more.

As of today, legal claims are a thing of the past, only 3 months remain for financial ones.

For the claims that have already been reported, this even means that if someone else comes along, they must be shared.

The settlement amount has an upper limit.

But Steinhoff openly published all of this in his settlement documents and communications.

You only have to make the effort and read this, then you may no longer scold the management out of sheer ignorance.

And for the debts of the holding company, I recommend taking a look at the separate financial statement of the SIHNV within the consolidated balance sheet.

What debt it says there are second payment obligations, not first payment obligations.

SIHNV is of course involved in the debt through its stake in Newco 1, but not as a direct debtor.

I could have saved myself the last few lines, since certain digital troublemakers won't read them anyway, but I'll leave them there so that they have something to read in the troll factories.

I've just mentioned on Ariva 09:55 that they might have to downgrade to Dacia. Has been reported to the admin to get it deleted. Their frustration sits deep in the flesh...

The punters are hopping on again before tomorrows "date"....

According to Theo de Klerk, chief financial officer of Steinhoff, the effective date of the international settlement is expected to be 15 February.
