Also forgot that the money received from the Pepco IPO was used to pay debt which after deducting the Eur1 bil there was still the Eur 9,8 bil outsfanding debt,

Valuation of MF for me is way out see below: (Not being negative simply realist)

Valuation of MF after SED Eur 2380 mil for 45% therefore the 100% value is Eur 5290 mil or $6000 mil.

Oct 2021 the EDITDA was $397 mil so that is a multiple of 15. For me with the debt MF has and rising jnterest rates cannot see a multiple of 6 which the value of the 45% would only be Eur 940 mil

This will definatly affect KP7 technicals with the rich valuation.

A good post he atleast has committed and published his figures much better then the people that just waffle with no content!

A fresh assets calculation from the well-respected contributor on the German FB forum ... showing fair price at 38 eurocents. To be fair, I think nobody really knows as the dust is still settling & there are so many uncertainties - but good to provide an alternative to our resident fear-monger here haha.
 
Let's see where the market takes us the next few weeks.

Nice clue was the JSE taking out the 27th Jan low on 2nd Feb and Franky didn’t……….Until Friday evening.

The definition of technical is to used past information to try and predict the future and the most amazing thing is if it does not go as per prediction tgen there is always a new reason or prediction.

Did anyone notice the 9 % drop in tradegate at 2112h on friday? Wonder if there was some news, because there is no market manipulation so why did it drop testing the R4 levels!

It reported that Steinhoff had made a proposal involving funds from a third party known as “The White Knight”. The terms of this proposal remained strictly confidential.

Thanks now I get it PIC will get money from the claims SNH is bringing aganst MJ tjommies in the UK in which case less money for existing shareholders.

methinks they have been in so much kak with their bad investment that they dare not vote against LdP.....he is the one that brought some returns back to them....they would be very nervous of letting him go....

I guess we can forget the "small" pocket money retail shareholders. If PIC takes part, they might have the majority votes at the AGM...

VOTING - I suppose all Louis and Theo have to manage to inform the market a few weeks before the AGM that lower debt rates have been negotiated and approved,

and they can be sure of getting their intended bonuses approved...
