Group Five was traded at 89 cents the day before the company applied to suspend it, and announced that the share holders (including the ones that bought the day before at 89 cents) will probably be getting nothing (that's ZERO) for their shares.
In other words, it doesn't matter what price they bought, their money has just disappeared, and there are currently some efforts to revive the business, and so they have to wait long now.
And that was triggered by them losing a court case (and of course the business not performing).
