Polly now I am more then convinced you are one of those disgruntled old Tekkie Town staff that got shown the door. My reason as a 5 year old is if you know so much then you must have access to Pepkor documents and accounts so therefore if you work for Pepkor you would not say these statements so the only other option you are very pxxxdoff with Pepkor that put you in the old Tekkie Town

Hi. Sorry about the radio silence. It is not that I am disinterested but on the contrary. I have a large shareholding on snh. Have allocated my entire high risk portfolio to snh, and have a number of other shares.

The Pepkor results were satisfactory in today's economic climate, if anything better than shoprite and other retailers. . I also expect q2 results to be up 5% based on good value items for the masses.

Compushare provides end of month shareholding. Buy that. Snh no longer shares this with investors. Will confirm Titan holdings. May also see moves in a number of new entities if you compare to Jan 2018. I recall city and investe. Buying on behalf of entities. Have not looked since.

There is not much to share on all fronts except that we await finalization of the issue with the recent legal debacle, also need confirmation that Christo wieses court case was kicked out and unsuccessful as he filed a seperate case. Information regarding that will be extremely useful.
Require the q1 results 2019, and the remainder news on pwc, restructuring , annual results.... All in all I am quite bull that these critical pieces of information will stimulate forward momentum...

If anyone has info on the progress of wieses legal challenge... This will be very helpful.

Is it possible Titan trades done in JSE and not in Frankfurt?

I got the latest STEINHOFF INTERNATIONAL HLDG N.V. Shares Held 2019/01/25 share holding and note that TTITAN PREMIER INVESTMENTS (PTY) LTD has increased its shareholding to 246,108,350.

 

Please could you confirm if this is correct because I have been told that this is incorrect and Titan does not have any share holding because the share register is held by AFM in Holland and Titan does not show in the spreadsheet.

Also according to AFM C H Wiese owns 267,370,122 and according to TimBukOne Titan owns 246,108,350 is it possible that Wiese though his company actualy owns 513,478,472?

Hi Bubles thanks I saw your last message I had the same thing when Coronation CEO said they sold out of SNH in June 2018 (if I remember correctly) and then asked SNH if it was true they sent me to the same website AFM which is as vague as anything and showed Coronation still holding shares so all very confusing. There is a difference according to AFM the share holding is CH Wiese but since Sep 2018 TimBukOne been reporting that Titan having a share holding so there are to different legal entities.

And I will tell you further when the PwC report comes out the major finding will be the failure of accounting principles and poor judgement by accountants which will make the regulatory body change lots of standards. 

And I will bet Jooste will not spend one single day in jail because he did all along what accountants allowed him to do!! So you see how much I think of financials and JSE reporting!!

I am not a looser its just impossible to have a conversation to someone that has a terrible hate for a company and tries to bullxxx people its very negative one sided. Only Foschini beat Pepkor with trading for the 3 month where is MR Price,Woolis,  etc yet you cannot see that. All you see is negativity maybe go and retire in Mossel Bay!!
