Trading Update for Pepkor is good. Increased revenues by more than 6% in a challenging environment.

Yes was expecting this went to the mall at Somerset West and saw Ackermans and PEP busy so this just shows SNH is in the right market

Please read Sarel Oberholster's article and comments. The contributors give useful insight into how these growth numbers affect Steinhoff as well as future share values. Sure we are mostly estimating with no audited financials but time will tell who is right or wrong. It is important for each to make up their own minds

I see great potential in this company looking into the future. Revenues are strong, liquidity is safe for the next three years. Institutions will buy as soon as financials are out in my opinion. NAV of 0,54 € is a reasonable target until the end of the year in my opinion.

[quote name="Polly" post="282333" timestamp="1548677803"]Hi SK

4. Your suppliers are now scared to supply you goods in case you cany pay. Existing creditors you ask for extension of time but new goods you foreced to pay cash.

Haha I like that point. It's exactly why I met with pepco logistics last yr.... To lower their credit limit etc, I supply them with a logistics service. I also mentioned how "quiet" their distribution Centre was, slow movement of goods is never good and it shud reflect in their q12019.

DayTraderDad I value your comments as I believe you're knowledgeable and know what ur talking about, I also value Pollys comments coz he knows what he's talking about. I think Polly is trying to make you realise that there is a flipside to your views..... and I do not think it should be ignored.... But yes it is your money

I do not believe he's being negative

Haha you see you make me laugh. Exactly due to all the negative publicity parliament got roped into the noise but did Jooste say he committed fraud? It takes a person lots of courage to say in front of parliament he was not aware of any fraud before he left. I know that there was fancy accounting taking place and it is only correct to get PwC in to investigate fully what went on but the report is not out so unless the information leaked the people that wrote the book and others commenting are simply speculating. For me its very important that PwC does not leave one single stone unturned to get SNH back on track. Maybe you not understanding me but all I am saying people cannot condemn someone without proof.
