Ju ju....pain train coming past...

The price level is low, and many events and SENSes will be happening in December.

Maybe some investors or investment foundations are waiting to to see what the PwC report and the audited financials will look like, basically to see how much was the damage about, and what's the audited assets value will be, the last restated put it at 20 billion euros.

So the only hope is they don't correct everything!

Any expectation of how the audited statement will look like?

It's also that many people tend to sell when the price is down out of fear and frustration, while tend to buy when the price is up or after several ups because it feels profitable.

However I do understand how difficult it is do determine as when to buy or when to sell.

Yes good articles but the real fools are shareholders that dump the share on a single report.

How can one person with 2 juniors be able to do any sound prediction, if big huge financial institutions are not!

Obviously it was just a guess, came after the first drop, but participated in causing further drops.

And getting worst as Viceroy now has a  very fearful reputation, that even if you don't believe what they say, you still have to sell before the other do.

It will be the same story. Small spike then poison. the end.

Yes its going to be interesting after reading through all those documents don't think creditors will go for liquidation or administration so my take is the CVA will be implemented then the shorter's are going to have a bad dream.

Yes 14th going to be a big day. If creditors vote no share going to fall, if they vote yes share going to fly because that would be the last hurdle to implementing the restructuring.

Not sure if it helps. Seems like it's more or restructuring of the existing debt in a different jurisdiction.

They also refer to convertible bonds... there maybe a long term plan here.

In all honesty, complex sense.

14 Dec is a date to pencil in for what it's worth. Maybe a little spike to exploit

The CVA in the UK has many similarities to Chapter 11 in The United States, so they can exit the money nonperforming contracts and business units and entities.

Leo your play does not make sense to me.... U trade on a couple cents.... How much money can u actually make in that fashion? It seems way too high risk for a small return, am asking coz I don't understand

On a day like today. 5k. 250 000 shares on cfd.
