A lot of the selling and buying that's happening is actually automated that uses certain algorithm(s).

Any body that knows what algorithm those trading softwares use, and how to spot, monitor and predict them?

Has anybody here used one of these softwares?

 

Difficult to predict the algorithm going to do they follow buy/sell signals that can be seen in the charts/news etc. For us humans the only option of survival is to look for a longer horizon like a daily or hourly charts. Another thing that algorithms do is take out stop losses with spikes in the prices. No exchange is anymore traded on a fair way like years ago where fundamentals mattered. Now days its the news that is traded and algorithm systems have fast news so by the time you and I get to read it its old news.
