I think if they don't release fy17 as promised they will suspend.

Doubt they will suspend now as they allowed it to run for so long. But anything is possible with this special share

This will support Y17 sales by about 1.7 billion euros Poundland contribution, which will make the coming audited financials in Dec18 for y17 not looking all bad.

I don't think they should spend anytime on doing any restructuring on Poundland, as it has been posting good results, but if there's a buyer for it a good price, then that will also be another good option (to pay down the debt, and reduce the risk of having to service lots of debts).

Everything in my mind is om track for LUA. 85% creditors agreed.

Think it's just the shock of massive fraud, for those whom were still in denial.

Share is dropping now.

The LUA has been signed all is left is the restructuring process and the lender have their representatives in place so why would it not work when lenders already supporting MF?

OK, restructuring process not going well then. I am speculating here also, could be dealing with different set of lenders not liking the plan.

My take is part of the restructure is for bond holders to get paid in equity ( think MF is a example of lender taking equity) so maybe the 10% - 15% of bond holders that don't support the restructure want out.

Exactly where was the corruption that everybody is talking about? Yes Jooster and his gang did buy property up ahead of Steinhoff and made a profit. On the other hand if Steinhoff went to buy property directly the price would be higher landlords would ask more because known company was buying and would play hard to get. What SNH management should do is look at the transaction and claim any moneys that were in excess to a fair markup. That's why the share is going up!

Something happened and is happening in the Bond market. Declining for a while and and then collapsed yesterday. Very worrying.

- Is it the German public holidays the last two days.

- Who sold (Anybody knows?)
