Hi Gals and Guys,

Can we agree that the class actions against Steinhoff are harming, and will keep harming the share price, for a long time, especially that there will be court sessions about every other month, and the sensational journalism will keep posting negative sensational news stories about these session, which will keep coming back every other month which will keep causing price drops, and used by the short sellers to create fear.

While keeping the court cases against those that maybe committed possible fraud or reckless or negligence, in their personal capacity, or Deloitte.

Can we agree that for the shareholders to request the lawyers to drop the class action against Steinhoff, is actually more in the interest of the shareholders.

For those that agree, can you please encourage the shareholders to come to an agreement that (( all shareholders )) agree to drop the class actions.

For those that don't agree, can you please give us your point of view

JK was just "messing" around with Polly on the healthcare thread haha

WB Lady M......hard about the losses :( i still feel we will reap the rewards on this share....

Now for Polly to assist would be super awesome :D

Lionel, Jk was not messing with Polly at all, was agreeing with her that healthcare at this point is in SA is standing in a tunnel waiting for the train to run you over.

If you check some of the threads you will note that Polly lost interest in the SNH saga long ago.  Pity, I think she could have made a few quick $$$ on shorts.

Did you not see what i was getting at? Investing is not a game of fun you play or follow others or your balls tells you when to invest. Its serious business.

Reading these posts make you think these guys are going to loose all there money. . Thats my observation, honest and serious.

And you can already see some huge losses already.

Cheers

Hi M, didn't you

Hi,

I am sitting on a 60K loss  :( amongst 9 equities.................

I hope its due to the "bad month" of September/October...........

I am quite busy so - not getting a chance to keep an eye & trade........

By default - I will leave everything as is (invest long term) and hope for the best lol.......... (*WINK WINK* at Polly :D)

Thankfully I am getting some cash at the end of this month so I should be fine again................

Good Luck with this share...

SNH - 11.7K loss for me at the moment..........but didnt sell....holding on..........

Hi M, didn't you buy shares on basis you wanted the dividends? In my belief and Im sure Ill be corrected if Im wrong :)  , once dividends paid the share normally goes down as the value of the shares down due to the divi paid..if you know what I mean,,,ie value diluted...when company builds up more money should go up again...I had 500k in snh so my 18 % rather a lot...but will get it back....but still not nice for anyone....think unless good trader way to go is buy quality shares and no dodgy things that look cheap....good luck....may go in at snh when a lot cheaper buy not 500k...it was way out of proportion with my portfolio....anyway could be worse could have been down to 1.80 and I thought that's where it was going,,,if VEB hadn't saved the day am quite sure it would be low 1.90s now....eeeekkkk....I wont let any of my shares go below 20% max...My npn I bought yesterday already up 1%...maybe better to be a tortoise than a hare...

2.05 18% loss...but that was my stop loss in my head and couldn't let it run lower...ive bought naspers very cheap at mo I think,,will make it back there but made what I lost earlier in year on nasdaq....but hey ho no one likes to loose money....if I knew they were going to pull this VEB thing would lost 9% but anyway....snh is a gamble and I knew that....may gamble some more later in the year...wonder what will happen if dutch courts say they still pursuing for the ex shareholders now and wont wait to april.....all quite unusual behaviour....but this whole thing from dec 2017 reads like a horror movie...

Someone mentioned that Jooste will be back in court in Nov??

Any other significant dates, besides lock up, 20 Nov, and FY17 afs, somewhere in DEC.

im so confused and hoping somebody can help explain this

1- the way i see it, that sens yesterday was useless......the lawsuit has been postponed, this is still not good for snh.....yet the market buys it

2 - MF filing for banktruptcy is good news for snh.....but the market sells

is this market tricking me? or do i need to change my way of logic and play?

3 - Leo u should not worry about her blowing....IN's call for suckers to pump and Snippys buy chart.......we seem to be good....me im just hoping we get another suprise before the market sells off this suprise :)

Yebo.

1. Agreed, useless.

3. We need another shock for lekka drop, then long it before the lock up agreement to just before the results are released. Then switching my position to a short...with no floor.

Wish I had know was going to 2.25 and sold then but this was literally "another bolt out of the blue:) ",,,,who would have guessed they were going to do this....will just put it down to a share without proper paper work yet and maybe buy in on the cheap later...if my nerves are up to it...may actually wait for the financials to check money in the business and not a whole lot of nasty minuses...
