yea but we have atleast 6more working days before anticipation of news....6 days a longass time with this special one....thing is i want to pump

Well the market (JSE FTSE ALL SHARE INDEX) is about 2.2 % down today.
However Steinhoff is already big time in a crash it's been 11 months, so even if the market is to crash, for that to also cause an even further crash on Steinhoff will be quite difficult, it actually might do the opposite, as people start selling shares all over, which will free their cash from the other shares, and then there will be a lot of cash looking for shares to buy.

No I think at this point Jooste and MF news is nothing compared with the talk of a stocks crash.

It looks like some people have gotten very emotional about Markus story, thinking that Steinhoff will be held responsible for the alleged (inside trade) that Jooste has apparently secretly informed his fiends to do, and that's why they went just selling at any price, actually this enforces the case that Steinhoff has against Jooste.

Wait for dip and buy. If the information against jooste is credible and authentic then this provides snh with the ability to deflect. Question that I am still trying to evaluate is... What responsibility does the board have and how have they acted in accordance. How would they be liable.

If one of the board members acted illegally, without the consent and the knowledge of the others, then the other board members or the company itself cannot be held responsible.

Eish Jet this thing is moving south way too fast... I talk kak most of the time but now I worry it's gonna break that R2 and go long drop Botha again to R1.60
The restructuring update is next week, about 20 Oct, this is expected to be a positive update.
