MMM.. interesting take.

H12018 normalised EBITDA was E400m (actuals was a loss). So full year, say 800, with almost a 960m in interest expenses to be paid. After 3 years, they'll be roughly cash breakeven, after interest repayment.

So they'll need to sell assets, eroding EBITDA, and will most likely need to refinance debt after 3 years, hopefully at more favourable rates.

Think a lot of people are going to be highly disappointed by the FY17 results in December.

BUt.... to caveat myself slightly, lendors would not lend SNH any money if it was not a certain going concern at least...

My target for 3 to 5 years time is R22 and if there is no recession in Europe then could even get back to the R40. Why? Very simple once the financials are out and cleaned and MF is turned around they can have a EBITDA of E1269 Mil which should give a EPS of E0.16 with a PE of 15 that equates to E2.4 which equates to close to R40. Pepkor Europe growing so that will drive profits.

Yes for now one could say SNH is with nothing but over 3 to 5 years things will be much different. Even the Coronations and Alan Greys will jump back in a full speed.

Remember if the share get back to R40 the shareholders will virtually have no claim on losses. So for me has the share price rises so less will the VEB get. Yippy

That sounds awesome day trader but eish I think a bit far fetched for now.... Lots of junk in this trunk that we will still learn about

So you mean that the share price will be in the range of R10 to R20?

I don't think that the PwC report is going to come out with information that is not already known. The real importance is that there will be fully audited financial results. My guess is it will not find irregularities, it will maybe find high evaluations and loans between companies but if the German authorities could not find anything in the last nearly three years don't really expect big surprises.

Thanks. I am sitting tight...been sitting on these hands for what seems like forever 😁

Haha people say to become wealthy one needs to find a ten bagger share ( share that goes up 1000%) then invest and wait. I believe SNH is a 10 bagger!!!
