If veb makes any noise that its Deloitte fault share should go up...if they postpone itll be flat....sorry LEO but i think very unlikely Deloitte going be totally off hook...

 

All parties (other than Deloitte) are and will keep making noise that it's Deloitte's fault.

Deloitte  might say it's its individual employees fault (so sue their insurance), and/or will say it's the others fault.

The court case(s) are very emotional issue, and its a major reason why SNH market price is very impaired at the moment, and can be used as reason/excuse by the pumpers and dumpers to short sell or pump up, which usually have a domino effect, and so violent movement of the price (up or down or both) (this is just my opinion, which might be right or wrong, so please don't make any decision based on it).

VEB: Several claims for declaratory relief in relation to damage alleged to have been suffered by shareholders due to investing in Steinhoff securities. A ruling on the preliminary motions filed by NV is expected to be rendered on 26-Sep-18

based on the above info- may infer then -expect a pump with good news similar to July then hey...October could be the month with the finalisation of the restructuring- 3 months from July and we could see 30-50% pumps...wont be surprised at all, then the usual decline to a base and then a pump again in dec - as pwc report may be issued pre-christmas

 

I would be very surprised to see a 30 or 50% jump in Oct, maybe cents yes, if you bought in at 220. Don't see the R3 levels being tested in OCt.

 

December - Possibly R3.50, then down again as the company's normalised EBITDA will just be too low and i'm expecting a full year PAT loss. Don't expect massive more write downs of intangible assets, so NAV should still be positive, but not Tangible NAV.

Someone bought 39.1m shares on fri at 2.47. So can't see the share going much below that in the near term.

They sitting at 2.58....but mt credit is only coming in tommorrow and think thats when i may have woops moment from the share desk...they once allowed me get 8000 overdrawn...tommorrow i should know for sure...
