Lenders meeting 20 there my be a presentation on the web with the framework explained. This may create energy and share momentum.
Would snh not issue a sens if they are exploring restructuring mf... There as no mention of this in the Q3 either. May be a red herring. If a MBO is in play a sens should also have been issued.

I was referring to one point in the Presentation that was connected with Mr Seifert about conforama and a loan. In the past one court already confirmed the legal point taken by Steinhoff. I think this will repeat in December when the decision will be made. 5th if I remember right.

this is a highly manipulated stock, means in either direction things can start out of the dark. Some say
it is worth nothing, only depth. Other waiting for the certification of the restated accounting. This might be a multiple in the future, no to the old highs.

What do you mean by might be a multiple in future, and which highs are you referring to? The highs before December or of R3-R4 recently?

Yea as Polly mentioned until news is out. It'll be squeezed till then. This share will only steady when audited Financials released.
20th Sept is lender's meeting I'm not too confident it will do much to the price?
20th Oct could see it rise but gotta be in before then.

If it goes 2.30 I'm buying a portion

and if you followed my post about 2 weeks ago where i shorted retailers and mentioned September will be worse for them, you would have been bang on in the money....

until there is any news/sens out there, the price will just follow the general market/retailers trend which hit rock bottom low yesterday... today no real recovery in overall market so still down
