Market very excited so I guess buyer feel confident TT old boys have lost even before the hearing!!!

Maybe TT boys at last saw the light and found a way to make up their losses without all the years of court cases.... maybe they changed strategy and started buying shares to fill their trucks before withdrawing their claims and join the GS.... Maybe...Maybe not...

The only way SNH can win against those two is by showing in the open the investigation report done on the accounting. ( Which when this happens I am quite sure a few more names will arrive into the picture)

 

For me I still maintain MJ was far to smart to do some simple fraud thing. My opinion at the end it will be proved he simply used the accountancy standards to his advantage and the real culprits on this are the accountants that in one hand do the audit and on the other sell high level advise how to manipulate the standards. Interesting times ahead!!!

Die Steinhoff-groep het vir die soveelste keer die wind van voor gekry in sy poging om Markus Jooste, voormalige uitvoerende hoof, as ’n derde party te voeg in die siviele eise wat teen die maatskappy ingestel is.

 

Regter Monde Samela het Vrydag in die hooggeregshof in Kaapstad Steinhoff se aansoek om ingevolge die hofreëls vir Jooste en Ben la Grange, voormalige finansiële hoof, as derde partye te voeg by twee hofsake teen die groep, met koste afgewys........
