Yes, DTD I agree with the appeal failing.

 

I only see the TT saga being sorted outside of court. Bernard now thinks he is some martyr, and tools like that is unpredictable, especially when they have money.

 

Court is a risk and time consuming.

 

does anyone know if any court outcomes are still expected this year? Western Cape Court maybe....

I only see a solid uptick if the GS is approved and the TT saga is sorted.

 

My thoughts are that SNH appeal on jurisdiction going to fail because the more I read/investigate I realize should the court rule in SNH favor the following week all the crooks will open up a company in the Bahamas and then run the business from SA and loot the country and no one can do anything about it in SA. It will make the Guptas saga small fry. Quite sure the courts not going to fall for that trick!!

 

The only solution I see for the TT saga is for SNH to continue with the court case and prove its not insolvent which without the GS in place technically is insolvent due to the pending claims.

 

I am going to be very careful on January the German will wake up with a very sore head!!!

Steinhoff is just volatile and I think the bounce was inevitable, I wouldn't look too much into the detail. I think come Jan we will have a serious pump in anticipation of a favorable outcome end of month

I now have offloaded lots of my trucks and putting them on standby!! Hahaha

Maybe TT boys at last saw the light and found a way to make up their losses without all the years of court cases.... maybe they changed strategy and started buying shares to fill their trucks before withdrawing their claims and join the GS.... Maybe...Maybe not...
