I must say though they basically getting over a billion in value back, steinhoff must have been desperate to offer such a good deal - I can understand the 500 million cash but why the pepkor shares.

Don't worry too much because these settlements are coming at a considerable additional costs so one needs to see what value will be left but atlest SNH share will now be more stable.

Good news! The sad part SNH will only have 45% ownership of PPH once the dust is settled and then needs to sell more to pay debt!!!

Worst day this week, I sold all my shares yesterday. dont know what Price I will be ale to get back in now.

Not too late, its up a 30 percent so what, I am expecting a 25 bagger on this - this will be over some time though
