Whilst simulateneous cutting salary but getting staff to deliver much much more. They really pulling together nicely. I am loving it.
Will get more shortly... End of month... Am tapped with asc. Reduced my snh as well painfully. Reallocate a few others as well. Reduced resources. Enjoyed boom

Company is in good state... Great way to cut costs. Most staff are productive online..... All companies will use this as an opportunity to reduce debt.. Why not eoh... It services in demand, contracts locked in..... Those that are not looking for online solutions... Development.. And available packages....

My biggest concern is what state must a company be in for them to ask staff to take a pay cut. Have they added an incentive for staff e.g. shares or getting monies back in future? I have not read anything in this regard.

Hi Lionelza1, I had quick look at the results and if u look at the cash flow statement u can see they have again burned 305 Million Rands. This to me is the biggest concern. If they don't fix this they can do what ever they want and it won't save them.

For me I'm not entering EOH as I see better risk return ratios at other companies.

Again just my own opinion.

What's comforting is the client retention and revenue..... Most had this at complete negative..... The turnaround is enroute.... The teams have cut costs with project team and existing working twice as hard.....sweating this business...

The trading statements showed that company is turning around. They also have a good client base that is relying on them as per the financials. Technology, connectivity and doing business in the cloud etc...Is going to become more vital in South Africa and the world in the future. And EOH is part of that.
