Tencent, Hong Kong

This daily chart of Tencent shows the bear trend view with a ( B ) wave retrace to just over the 62% mark.

The ( C ) wave has reached the 50% mark of the ( B ) wave with a sub 30 turn up on the RSI (14). These indications typically produce a small bounce with a disproportionate RSI reset before the resumption.

The nominal target is ( C ) = ( A ).

Markets not lekke, afraid our next leg down is going to come from the US!

03 rd June is China pmi and an event that usually turn markets, speaking for Alsi now and then short rest of the week, but up after and the new bullish cycle should carry us into end of July, will be pullbacks along the way but trend is back up!

 

Just my humble view...

Alsi gave back all its gains so no reversal yet, thought it would be it so here we go again....see all markets sitting on possible huge H&S so need to monitor, if they break down we go!

Looks like the seasonal low came right on time, markets should rally hard from here into the 03 June, so you can relax!

ALSI making lower lows but not NPN, so still think today a medium term low and we should move back up from next week!

Today you buy anything you can get your hands on, when everybody thinks the world is ending she turns, seasonals turns back up after today and very bullish into month end!

 

Should get reversals on Alsi and US today!
