3 outa 3 on alsi...slow going with us closed...no volatility!!

todays possible play.....a bounce at openign towards 48800/49000 and then bears smash...

 

minus factor today so see bears taking control after 10am  if that does not change...

 

tc up +2% at moment so silly bulls gona buy early at opening...nice short the bounce will develop

love it when a plan comes together...250 and counting

Having said all that , a quick analysis of both ftse and S&P one hour and daily , gives a different view.

 

Both ftse and s&p are highly oversold and both giving negative divergences....

 

So 2 things to watch for for us alsi to continue positive..

 

1. NPN

2. further weakening in the rant

weekend homework outlook :

 

1 Alsi 1 hour chart

 

2. stoch turning positive again although did not reach 20.

 

3. all other 1 hr indicators positive..

 

4. medium term still bullish...

 

5. think 49000 on cards at least this week but zig zagging on way

 

6. 200day moving average about cash 47800 was the big support  and subsequent bounce ( friday low)

 

7. rsi still not overbought

 

8. think Monday close will give confirmation if that stoch turning postive actual confirmation.If red day then we go back towards 47800 or worst case 47400.

This is how I broke my trading rules:

The price action was above Central Pivot

But EMAs had crossed down

So I should have been neutral ( no positions)
