with fx weakening overnight expect dual listed stocks to be flat to higher today...however retailers and banks should fall consider yesterdays retail numbers...

 

hard to say we alsi goes today as all depends on npn...but my take bounce at opening towards 48400/48500 and then smacked as bears play this ambush zone back towards below 48000

i got this oke on ignore...do same as you wont see the noise..

 

nice system but i prefer shorter time frames...will keep an eye on your system though to see if it helps me...

 

Problem is i dont want to post exact indicators ( i have tweeked my settings completely to fit with trial , error and back tests) and  mas  that i use in my system due to you know who. He is just a fisherman and then comes out attacking it all and sundry. rather let him specialise in EW where the real money is 

give it a month or two and maybe we can communicate in private and discuss both our systems together..

 

My fifteen minutes is fairly new and gives some lovely signals as you ride the waves from top band to bottom band and back up again...and it worked perfectly today...hence my comment if u see earlier i smell a whack in the markets...basically telling me tomorrow we go back to bottom of band..

 

This is not your oke. After many years I can now prove a thing or 2 beyond the reasonable doubt. Your persistence with collusive efforts to dupe is clearly more important than getting on with enriching yourselves. Why else would you lot be so persistent?

top indicator is my graveyard indicator..if goes inside gy if bullish , tells me change of trend  as in for day trading imminent.. at close we inside that zone....i call it gy because it means if on top slaughter of the bulls and if at bottom inside gy clubbing of the bears.. So we close tonight inside that zone.,.also outside the top band..

 

next indicator 3rd from  bottom of graph is my stochs which bascically confirms the short or long ( change of trend)..again tweaked to fit...

 

IF you look earlier this morning when stoch gave the long signal coming out of 20 around price +-700 cash

At close shes sitting above 80..so tomorrow either a gap up at opening and then down or down first..

 

very last indicator is the adx/dmi with settings tweaked..also check the long signal there with stoch at about 700 cash today...

 

 

tomorrow will be interesting in morning....

 

 

BTW when i said we will open lower today....as per this system..if you follow the 8.30 candle , opened outside the top band with gap up and stochs faded away below 80 to confirm short 

 

 

if  i  post the graph of  last 10 days of trading  using the 15 min , youll clearly see the waves up and down as she hits top and then visits bottom..

Just to be clear. I'm a music producer. I trade the ALSI to make extra cash. I keep my account at IG so that I can close positions (or add to) after market hours, and I don't need to wait till 8.30am. I actually don't appreciate your comment and have got no time for all the B.S. on the other ALSI thread. So please stay off this thread with the insinuations. Thanks in advance.

as you see im a day trader...No overnight positions.

 

One factor you have to consider when trading the alsi and its not the US f....

 

and today that factor played for a genuine free short trade...kinda ducks all lined up at opening....

 

Glad you use 1 hour max time frame..I always said with the beast anything longer than an hour you wount really make mone as you will be following the crowd. I use 5 and 15 min.

 

Also agree with fibs...and feel EW is a waste of time here....( alsi that is)..always after the event!!

 

Agree on timeframes

If I'm able to watch the markets properly intra-day then I trade a 5min

My important EMAs are 23,38 and 500.

on this time frame I want to see price and EMAs either above (long) or below (short) the 500ema and the Central Pivot.

My theory is that if I do this consistently I'll be right around 70% of the time and will make money and when I'm wrong the losses will be relatively small and quick....that's basically the plan. Trading in statistics with a big edge

Today's trading:

Was long overnight (small position as I banked 75% of yesterday's position-  nice run-up)

Closed long on EMA crossing down earlier- for small loss

Broke my own rules!!! when price went above central pivot- went long but EMAs were crossed down (10.50am) (smallish loss)

Went long  just before 3pm at 47950 (this time according to rules) and closed position at 48400 for overall profit for the day.

That's the aim. Try to build the account bit by bit.

When Polly starts rapping with you then we will know this thread is just another dog and pony show to promote IG.

Pity they can't find real traders with some real knowhow to do their mug recruiting.

What do you think about the warning at the IG site that claims over 80% of new accounts will lose all of their money?
