Might be mad but still holding and adding longs...she is outside her daily bollingerband and usually signals a bottom!

41500 sits right on the 50% Fibo for my high- low (intermediate)

 

a washout to 41467/41437 could come...

 

but so far my 41517 is perfect foor a counter trend punt long to 41 660 or 41787/41830

but momentum is hard down...dow should test 16000

all the longs were well warned here..

 

that was fun...1800 points...

 

the 'pivot' here for a little long punt is 41517....for those with balls....should trade to about 41830 or so from there..maybe 41990

 

but the market (and world markets) is broken....the gaps at 39000 will trade and 37000 as well before the market makes new highs.

 

well overdue 10% correction...and I say this market will fall to 32490 before we recover.

The Nikkei broke it's key support (14650)

The ASX broke it's key support (4340)

S&P broke key support (1850)

DAX broke key support (8950)

 

Naspers is down 5%

Tencent crashing, will take ALSI down with it.

TENCENT FALLS AS MUCH AS 5.1% IN HONG KONG

 

 

Now we wait for US Markets to really start selling off. At least S&P is below 1850

 

Copper could fall 30% more, this means miners like BHP ans Anglo will tank bigtime. oops for ALSI !!!!!!

...are you not following the China credit situation...it is more than just weak economic data...could have a Lehman's moment any day now...

China is crashing and Ukraine is in a war. When investors want their money out, we will get a waterfall drop.

 

We have China PMI on Monday, plus WAR and taper on Wednesday.

4 Charts...hope it makes sense.

 

J200 Daily - volume up and price down, neg div kicking in, broke 20EMA and should open down with a solid gap and this should spark more selling. US dragged us down after hours and sitting around 41800.

 

ALSI FUT Hr - everything playing out nicely.

 

ALSI FUT Hr from Jan and what could play out to the downside, however there could be a RS forming with a bounce back up to 42800/900.

All the gaps down below does make you think...

 

My take on the GBP. Its flirting with the support line way too much...

Asia will copy US during open. Stocks will open lower.

 

Most of the losses happened after London was closed. Most stocks will open with a GAP down.

 

The DAX took a beating tonight.

 

ALSI should dip during London open. I would not want to leave a open position through  the weekend.

 

China growth and Ukraine tensions are just too risky for the bulls and bears.

 

If the Russia crisis is resolved, stocks will rally.

If the Russia crisis is not solved by Sunday. Markets will open with a big dip.
