"This wealth effect they've been using to prop this thing up, once that's removed, you go down on no volume, you reprice." - Druckenmiller

"I will bet from beginning to the exit, the wealth effect from QE will have been negative, not positive. Negative." - Druckenmiller

Anyone who hasn't seen this Druckenmiller interview from last Sept when the fed decided not to taper, a must watch. cnbc.com/id/101046576

right, so today was clearly not my day. Long @41035/45 worked out great for some time. Was in meetings almost whole day. At around 12 I saw we where at 41600 and hit 41700 earlier, so I kept my trade open. Came back later to see us at 412. Eventually closed at 41150. Gave back 100 points now on long order at 40875 and stop was triggered and at this present moment I would have been 30 points green.

Going to get a good night's rest and see what the beast has in store for tomorrow.

It bounces again. Lets see how it closes

To sneak a long on nasdaq again will be gambling.

Long 3470 nasdaq

Long 9290 dax

emotions out.

Shorts are hedged now but with quite a spread mismatch putting me net out the money.  Now doing the impossible, sell longs at the top and ride shorts down. :(

Haha, this is the FED sticking a big fat middle finger to the EMs ! :D

The Rand is finished, we are going to be Zimbabwe soon.

Keep an eye on S&P 1770, if that breaks it's game over.

For now all rallies are sellable.

With NFP around the corner, we are not going to highs anytime soon. Maybe in 6 months time

This bird will we down 15% in the next 3 months.

DOW and S&P spiking up...

Markets confused, this spike up wont last for 3 days.

Sell all rallies. jumped out of my longs.

It's now time to sell this market on any rally. Seems the FED want the market to correct by 15%

Nearly every economist expects taper today

More like when they missed Sept 18th

original_19514298.jpg?1391019665

25 out of 25 got the South African Interest rate hike wrong today.

Economist are just worthless sh*t. If they knew, then they would be traders.

Even Goldman Sachs and Deucthe Bank lost a lot of money in their fixed income trading

If that happens again we could be ralling 3-5%, but shorts will still be around.

Then for sure the next drop will be more in % terms, probably end of March

jip, indeed!.. I was actually referring to that initial 200 odd pts spike down and then the jolt back up. That was crazy! :D
