Yeah, I was trying to play the charts on the short term side, but not a good idea in a low volume market like this, signals might not always be that accurate. Sitting long and smiling

Not worth shorting now..once she clears this 40350 (futures) level going to rocket, might open up with a gap tomorrow!
US is on a oneway train up!

Gonna go short. Just a short term trade.
I find trading like body surfing, catch the right one and you will make it all the way to the beach.

Im with S on this one. QE noQE does it really matter? The money made by die big boys will go somewhere and for now equities is there home. Plus they need to still improve their books before the sell off starts.
We might be wrong and that is why we have SL's.
Yeah, I agree 100%. Not bad for QE and for us now. Just listening to what the Fed said I think longer term (next year or so) one needs to keep and eye on inflation and related data.

US consumer spending rises. Good sign for inflation, bad for QE.

US ready to rock and roll!Hope we follow, unlike last week, I think Friday, where not much happened after hours....still cannot understand what happened to IGMs correlation there.

I think I'll go out now and watch some paint drying
This is what happens in these festive season days. Initial movement will be as soon as a market opens, i.e. 9h00 for us, 10h00 for the FTSE and 16h30 for the US. From there it will only grind...
Just try and catch the dips along the way...
