Made more money trading the FTSE and Dax today.

Top40 is slow. Rand Hedge stocks are not coming to the party.

Having multiple indices is the best.

When US market opens they might buy the dollar, which will support our big cap stocks.

With Dow at 16 000, i will dip at open then shoot up later during the night.

Just have a feeling that our index will breakout after we close

well done S, --the way its shaping seems to me that possibly after end of year rally and before Feb20014  when "in March Taper might start talk rears its head again, ' then I must not delay opening that offshore account - I'm just a bit unfamiliar following the moves of S&P500, FSE, DAX , RUT -- but trading SA's T40 stocks is hardly diversified even though they may earn from  global sales

Is it possible that we are starting another era with Grandma Yellen in the driving seat.

Also having this pattern in mind..changes of it reoccuring very good!Yummy!!

C'mon TOP40...wake up now!

These crossing of the moving averages is actualy amazing, we just had a bullish cross of the 21 over the 200 on the 15min, and when that happens it creates some weakness before the break up!

Anyway...Tony Caldaro wrote in his weekly analysis that normally a bulltrend creates 5 major waves, now we are in wave 3 from 5 since 2009 and the third wave just passed the 1st wave in length...now that happend in history before and normally they calculate the projecton of it 1.618fib up, thus putting the SPX over 21000.

Probably in 2014 we will see major wave 4 down to the breakout point (SPX 1500?) before the major wave 5 taking us to the beyond!

Believe it or not!

Very possible, fair value for SPX is around the 1630 mark. We should have some profit taking early 2014 before we move to 2000 mark. Around the March FOMC meeting when FED dont taper again.

This bull market is real. Some bears are only starting to see that now.

indicator alerts - with IG you can setup a variety of indicator alerts.

Does anyone have a system that is based on these.

e.g. RSI and STOCHASTIC.

I just want something that can monitor in the background to signify a good buy opp - help me wasting time watching all the time

You mean on the pro charts?

Its pretty easy if you use the backtesting wizard thing.

I'm busy to look at my strategy and need some info.

Does anyone know where I can get the ALSI data in a downloadable format for Excel?

Cheers

I find trading like body surfing, catch the right one and you will make it all the way to the beach.
