You mean 38500. However it could all be a hoax. IG does this sometimes ...
Oops! Lol, yes... it's going to be a fast trip down, but if debt ceiling resolved it's going to be a skyrocket trip back up.

You braver than me O..I think we gonna hit 38500 this morning again..Just too much uncertainty at the mo althought 38500 is my entry point on my chart
yes, it seems that is likely now - also considering that today is USA public holiday 'alias' 'the market seating another day without an answer probably!" and risk increases , VIX should move up again
lets take a guess on acceptable resolution announced - mine is their Tuesday night because it still have to be , etc and signed .. before Thurs

If this mornings futures activity serves as an indication of whats to come, i think we could possibly go lower than 39,500.

Strange 200 pt gap down on IG Top40 - ?
would be interesting to see if SP500 retest the 1686 level before our Tuesday night
USA have public holiday today - but SP500 futures gapped down to 1685 now
probably good time to get in now.

Most of my longs are compounding now. I buy and sell throughout the day. You make more money that way. Scalp but mostly on FTSE because i have 1point spread there.
I have longs in DAX,Euro50,FTSE,NASDAQ,Russell 2000. More like killing two birds with 100 stones.
Call it buy dip and close whilst you have your long term trades running in the backround.
Even a child can trade this market. All they have to do is buy and come back in December to find they made money.
Yellen will be driving the seat soon. Glory days are here.
People who wakeup to go to work are crazy.
With trading we make more money than we know what to do with it.
No wonder people start buying buffalo's.
Soon we will be importing electric cars from Tesla.

Sunesis$$$, so are you holding till 1700+ , I cant help feeling the world called Republicans bluff - and now it is time to go long CFD's in other shares as well - someone needs to throw the republicans a bone so they can exit gracefully in the standoff

When Goldman Sachs say sell Gold, they actually mean buy stocks indirectly.
No wonder everybody wants to work for them.
Gottta love the bull market.

When gold dips it only means one thing, buy stocks.
Money is moving from Gold to stocks.
Big banks are going for risker assets. They don't see gold as a safe haven for now. Market is setting up for a bullish year end.
When money moves from gold its only going to one place, thats stocks.
Keep buying.

Gold is tanking
South African Mines All in costs are around $1200 average.
If gold comes below 1200, a lot of mines will need to restructure
