hi Chubby, just trying to understand - on my IG Top40 spot the 50day MA has been broken at 38836 already? what am  I misunderstanding in your post?

This could turn very ugly for bulls, 9 days left for debt ceiling to be resolved. Every day it not resolved we should keep dropping. I wont touch a long with a pair if pliers right now

I don't normally hedge positions. I keep them open until they come back. Just as long as they are with the trend.

Now got shots in to hedge as she goes down. Also expecting some good downside before we start harvesting the longs.

Keep a close eye on FTSE 6390 level, if it breaks then ALSI will hit 38500 fast. 

Depending on your risk appetite, keeping adding longs.

Just a warning...think this correction is only getting legs now!

Sweet...managed 38823. Now to sit and wait for that 42000 that Argento spoke about the other day.

Will be using shorts to hedge below 38800. May add a few more longs, if she dips further enough.

We are only -+ 300points away from 38500, for the risk takers its even better to take longs now. I'm buying every dip @ 100-150 intevals until 38500

To make it sweet, we have been making money while its been pulling back for the past week.

Looks like she is clearing her 21 daily moving average, should accelerate down from here!

 

Here is my thoughts (graph) on where she could go, is a big cycle bottoming around the 17th so guess with the debt ceiling resolution also it will launch us up possibly for the year end rally, with 85 billion flowing in think gonna see a good last push...!

 

If you are patient and sit tight it could be very rewarding!
