Yesterday saw the bulls staging a recovery to reclaim 45k. Can they do it again today.

Just watching old movies until the adults arrive...

We feel every kind of feeling but the feeling of relief. We feel hungry as the wolf felt when he met Red Riding Hood. What don't we feel? We don't feel good. Lots of things in life are beautiful but, brother, there is one particular thing that is in no way, shape, or form like any other. There is nothing like a dame. Nothing in the world. There is nothing you can name that is anything like a dame. There are no drinks like a dame.and nothing thinks like a dame. there are no books like a dame. And nothing looks like a dame. And nothing acts like a dame. Or attracts like a dame. There ain't a thing that's wrong with any man here that can't be cured by putting him near A girly female womanly feminine dame.

The Fed rallies seem to be getting weaker and weaker. Which is why I think this one won't be very far. But let's see next week. Today is dead.

I agree, the question for me is, how long will the R stay strong due to ABInBev buying ZAR, this is obviously a driving factor that will end as soon as they stop buying. Will leading markets stay strong until the ZAR starts giving back gains?

We should see Rand strength a few more weeks. But who knows what political developments can happen by then.

Lots and lots of selling going on, and open interest on Dec contract keeps going up, so I presume it is shorts being opened. If the market rallies tomorrow, a short squeeze could make the move so much bigger.

 

My thoughts too. I re-entered just before the close ... held my breath until now ... "gasp" .... and a short squeeze is very likely. This should/could be the last run up. Will add at 08:30:01
