absmuller, if you have a moment, please PM me a brief primer (a practical one please) on what trading binaries entail, specifically how it works ito entering a trade etc, the gearing etc.

 

I see it as something similar to gambling - might be because of a lack of knowledge though.

I know! But then again slow movement or sideways movement is also possible. Just like not having a position.... My sell at 35800 is still looking okay and my hedge buy at 35475 is green atm. If she stays within those bands I will be very happy....

Best Argento advises you. I stick to simple charts and mine doesn't chart on a 5 hourly interval! 

 

Looking at 4h, there is not much to cry foul.

Looking at 1d, she is ripe for a pullback, but as I stated earlier, for me the scope of trading dailies is just too big atm, as I trade via IGM.

Now seems to be a good time to clear any lingering longs since this am. Not at all am I seeing a crash down, just a good recon happening atm.

Those US futures are only marginally green. Not enough to ensure a climb when 15h30 comes

I'm not too fussed about a fall.
I took 4 mini IGM contracts this morning, selling half when I hit my daily target.
I sold the 3rd at 36000 and will let the last run until my signaling system gives me a sell.
Besides, the US futures were positive 10 minutes ago..... Who knows what will happen.
If you are happy with the profit, then take it. How many squeezed shorts would be happy to be even for the day right now ?
I'm digressing but something that Lekkery said this morning rings so true. We can at times hold NO position. One of my biggest downfalls has always been that I have to be in for fear or losing out. How stupid.
There will ALWAYS be another trade tomorrow as long as you have the money to stay in.
A note to myself .... This isn't a race.

Sam luckily i went long too, but what do you think will happen when us open ,some profit taking on the charts maybe and we can fall , is it better to take profit now and see what us is doiing, what is your top????

Looking at Lekkery's 5 min chart, she's been flirting with the 20 ma for the past half an hour, staying on the top side and working overbought off.
I'm still long since 9 this morning :-)
