I can honestly not see the down move to follow , rate cut , Europe up US futures up plse share some knowledge as i am in the dark and want to learn the fundamentals that i am missing.

who knows the ecb rate announcement scheduled for 13.45 may just be cancelled due to public knowledge of the 0.25% cut already out in the market... longs trade with tight stops as the BWE may be Mr Draghi... lol

How high before she drops?? My shorts look very bad at this stage.

Any finish at close around 34250 or 34300 would be absolutely perfect. But that means we hardly move from this now so that is unlikely

For some reason I think this ECB decision will not really affect it that much. Probably be an anti climax. Don't see them dropping the rate though. I think the US info-party at 14h30 will have some shockers.... Either up or down. Hedging my position with a buy at 34150.. Will then enter more positions as the info comes out and points!

I reckon she will drop if there is no ECB rate cut ( which appears to be largely expected and factored in ? ).
We'll see at 1:45 pm.

I missed the upswing this morning to cash on some longs. Will now wait for more ladder space lower as we go down. Never be afraid to take profit out of your binary before it matures....

I agree with on trading the trend for the day. It has worked for me too. However, I feel that, based on several factors we will be going down from here and the uptrend from this morning will reverse.

Just 2 things I didn't mention ..

1) I was referring specifically to the IGM platform which is highly volatile relative to WAVe/warrants.
2) The incidence of "false" buy/sell signals will be greatly increased in the case of a sideways moving market.
