I have asked this before, but how frequently do you guys withdraw your profits, from your trading accounts.

Monthly or when ever I reach my monthly target,

Benefits,

I found it makes you more focus because it feels like a salary I therefore trade more conservatively. If your target is R10k pm you only need R500 per day.

The other problem I have is that the more money I have in my account the bigger I play and eventually you will give back your profits and capital 

If you leave your profit in your account you may give it back with a black swan event, bad trading discipline etc

The mark of a professional, however, sounds like this:

         It is my fault.  I traded this position too large for my account size.

         It is my fault.  I didn’t stick to my own risk parameters.

She's gonna turn green again but the top is very close....about 90 points up from yesterday's high is the downtrend line!

 

I give SPX to 1584 then she better turn!

 

Did some analysis last night, we have not breached the downtrend line on the TOP40 so she is still in a downtrend..!

Oh my oh my.....

This is purely speculative, but that spike down yesterday-night (19:00) to 34000 (J200) on IGM, somehow it might just be a support for today (that might be reached).

 Short 34249 closed @ 34150  

Still stuck with short @ 34072 may need to take a loss on this one. Think this morning is going to be another big up day. 

Short @34072 got out at 34292 at a loss
