Hey B...from another angle...if you take your Fibs from the January low around 41600, 38.2% retracement becomes ~45200, which is not far from our low of today.

 

Also it happens to be just below the next major support around 45300. So I suspect if we go any lower, that level may be our next destination.

I was just checking at what level of retracement we are since the rally that started mid December and we are exactly at the 23.6% Fib level. A and V or anyone else with more insight on EW do you think we might bounce from here or we can expect more downside to the 38.2% retracement?

I think there is more downside than upside so will sit on the sidelines for now. Maybe Thursday might present a buying opportunity into Friday then more downside next week.

Any new low will show strong positive divergence, so change is better we shoot up from here than drop...she is also outside her daily lower bollingerband that is still flat and usually signals a short term low!

been short this baby since 46858 and will keep it for a while
