The market's finally showed its hand;  46084 is the magic number.

 

First trade: 3 long @ 45986 Target 46080

 

 

 

 

And out @ 46080.

Thought you might find it interesting that my triangle converges at approximately your midpoint reference.

Let me start by saying that i do not make a prediction of any kind with this post(chart) but merely pointing out 2 previous occasions where the J200 made consecutive 12 & 13 month higher high's.

July's high was a 12 month HH and so far we only had a -4.30% drop from that high. With 5 trading day's to go we need to gain 2.53% to get to a 13 month HH...very possible.

I will remain bearish till we can close above Tuesday's midpoint (46,344) for a short term long.

One thing is for sure, we are going to have a very interesting Sept, spesially around close-out time!

To me it was lots and lots of selling...actually alsi was thrown away for peanuts, nobody wanted it!!

If it was lots of selling, bulls are going to be in trouble come monday.
But I dont think it was selling of longs, as open interest shot up +-1000 contracts in the last , say 30min.
So it was new positions, so new shorts and longs.
All the markets will need to get a rally going is good news out of Ukraine, and we could shoot up >1% easily.

Shortboy I am having a windhoek draught no Johnny Blue.Saving after a bumper week instead.Eish this market really dificult atm can very well take a big knock next week, sidelines safest place to be now.Just lucky this week, banked when I got to profit and did not overcook it.Go Bokke cheers!

Sorry Bulls but US dropping unless Yellen helps V gap will be closed.Nice to relax on the side.

Closed my speculative Fri afternoon long. Looks to me like the longer term bulls are selling into any strength they can get their hands on in the last couple of hours. Nice M formation on S&P500 5 min chart too. Things not looking good. Think I will also sit it out with BC, except after this weeks losses all I will have is Tafel lager.

They won't take my second order at 45783 so I'll just leave it active and logout. All targets changed to 46080.
