Bearish action gets quickly resolved with a A, B and C leg!(Elliott counter correction pattern)

This dull zig zag action should ultimately be resolved to the upside and shorts only going to be caught with their pants down...again!

Last thing, just like a share price (Reminiscence of a Stock Operator) rarely corrects from a price like 300, 800, or 700 (even number) it also is applicable on the DOW, she is currently on 17000 and should overshoot to 17300ish+ before starting a more significant correction..IMO!

TOP40 is doing its own thing today (down) with US being up so soon it will be in reverse!

Hi A,  would you mind posting a graph to explain the EW patterns for July? I understand that we are hopefully going up to 5 now but from wave 3 on about the 6th of july to now seems very muddled....thanks!

That GDP figure really sucked the enthusiasm out of the bulls, hopefully only temporarily.

Hi HDB,

Thanks for you view!

With no negative divergence yet on the weekly macd and a too low AAII Bullish Consensus don't get too bearish just yet!

If SPX breaks 1950 I will join your camp, until then staying long and expecting new highs (but as part of a distribution top)! ;)

A , their is major redistribution going all on most markets...Clever money selling and dumb money buying..

Don't think we will see any more new highs in near future..save for maybe resources forcing the issue.. Me thinks major correction is on the way already...

With QE almost at an end, and some other factors (geopolitical) I am inclined to agree with you HDB.
